Welcome to the Potomac Hosta Club, Inc. website.  We were established in summer of 1986 by Tony Welsbacher. The club covers the entire Washington DC Metropolitan area including all of Virginia, Maryland and even West Virginia.  We are a non-profit organization to promote the education and enjoyment of the number one selling perennial plant in the US, the genus Hosta.
